Allan has been playing guitar since the late sixties, and began writing shortly after learning his first few chords, fortunately those were not preserved on vinyl! After many years and many miles, he has matured into a fine songwriter, and has just released his 5th cd; “This Dream”. The past few cds have featured his jazz and blues material, and while the earlier cds also contained some of that, there were also folk, and country songs included.
Allan currently performs live with the members of the band on the “Cold Wind” cd, in and around the metro DC area. He also continues to write and record with other professional musicians on many various projects as the situation presents it’s self.
